We will pick up and haul off any abandoned belongings and/or trash left behind in storage facilities. If the need is present than we have the capability to power wash the inside of the units, leaving behind a nice clean facility for your next client.

-Wipe down ceiling fixtures, fans, lights, and crown molding

-Dust walls, light switches, plugs, and baseboards

-Windows inside and outside including window sills

-Vacuum carpets and/or dust and mop hard flooring

-Wipe down and clean toilets

-Clean showers and bathtubs

-Wipe down all counters and cabinets faces
